Holy crap it’s been a while. Here goes then, see how long we last this time. As always, send through details to brisbaneliveguide@gmail.com, or the facebook or tumblr or twit!

My picks this week: Osaka Punch’re playing their last Brisbane show on Saturday at the Zoo, and launching their newest single/film clip, and at the same show LeSuits will be deploying their second EP and a clip. It’s going to be wild.

Venues: New stuff, old stuff and changes. Locally, venues keep dropping off, opening up and stuff. The Barlow closed its doors after an alarmingly short period of time, the Music Kafe’s finally stopped providing confusing free gigs of questionable quality and barsoma’s getting revamped as something new and scary, but the Step Inn and the Globe remain empty and sad. Trainspotters in the city has got regular and serious and good.
Bloggially, I’m going to be listing venue links at the end of the post, rather than throughout. Time saving, yay! So if you haven’t heard of a place, scroll down and click on the links!

Also, this week’s is unfinished cos I only decided to do this on Friday, if there’re any gigs YOU want listed, TELL ME!! Again, brisbaneliveguide@gmail.com, facebook, tumblr, twit

Check the OffStreet gig guide to keep you going for the next month.
